You may submit a request to delete your account with Purple VRS or ZVRS at ZP Better Together.  However, please note that we reserve the right to retain certain personal information as required by the Federal Communications Commission and other applicable law or regulation.  

We are only required to delete personal information in response to a verifiable request made by you or your legally authorized agent.  To assist us in verifying your identity or your agent’s authorization to act on your behalf, we may need to request specific information from you or your agent.  Any information collected in this process for deleting an account will be used solely for verification purposes.
