To enjoy seamless communication access by having both top-tier sign language interpreting AND live captioning, all three of the following 3 settings must be enabled:
Open “settings” and navigate to the “accessibility” section, scroll
down to “live captioning” and check the box to enable this feature.
Open “settings” on your P3 or Z5 app and scroll down to audio settings. Enable “Hearing Carry Over” and exit settings.
Open “settings” and navigate to the “accessibility” section, scroll down to “shortcuts” and enable the accessibility shortcut.
Open “settings” and navigate to the “accessibility” section, scroll
down to “live captioning” and check the box to enable this feature.
